USELESS INSURANCE COMPANY

Bunch of ******. Took out transit insurance through them on the recommendation of my shippers. When the shippers unpacked at the destination some glassware was broken. Some of the items were over 50 years old and the manufacturer was no longer in business. The insurance still wanted proof of the valuation. Even though prior to taking out cover I had mentioned that these were approximate values as these items were not for sale anymore.
