ITI service useless, buy insurance elsewhere

Zero stars. As was commented already before, this insurance is useless. I claimed for many damaged items from my relocation. Took me several hours to fill out their claim form. Rudimentary web interface that reminded me of the internet from the late 90s. No save function so that you can come back and complete it later. And you have to provide tons of redundant data for the damaged items: item age, date acquired, original cost, replacement cost, amount claimed. They just keep you busy with all this. Either item age or acquired date or both are irrelevant for a claim, what does it matter and who could even tell it precisely? As for original cost / replacement cost / amount claimed - is there even any difference? Afterwards long waiting time of several weeks plus several reminders. In the end my claim was simply rejected because nobody had notified ITI of my extended storage time. Their way of communication is unprofessional, nontransparent, rude and tactless. My questions were never being answered and it seemed to me ITI was protecting themselves and the moving company as well.
