Inter-Tourism - *********

Inter-Tourism is a private company that manages Mabuasehube & Mpayathutlwa Pans Camps in Botswana in the Kgalagadi Park. They are extremely ********* and are extremely slow to respond. We have heard first hand from their staff that they tell small groups and couples etc that they are full and can't take bookings, but are instructed to keep the bookings for larger groups as they make more money when more people occupy their site. They have taken my money for a booking I made in 2022 for a campsite in August 2024 (still coming up). As soon as I told them the other parties who were supposed to be coming with can't make it, I have got radio silence from them as I am assuming they have given my booking to a larger group. I am now trying to get my money aback and can warn everyone against ever working with inter-tourism and trying to go to those pans/camps.
