Provident Fund & Tax (****)

I worked at Inter Projects Engineering and on every payslip they deducted MIBFA (Metal Industry Providend Fund) & Tax but they never paid that money over to SARS and MIBFA. I've been contacting my previous employer regarding the money that was deducted from my salary,and every time they give me a different story ex. They are busy working out the exact amount that they owe me or that they are waiting for the owner to approve the pay out to me & the list of excuses goes on and on. I've been battling since August 2014 with this issue. And is now tired of the excuses I get from INTER PROJECTS ENGINEERING! There are a few other people battling with the same problem as me with the same company.
