Complain inf

Hello Peter ,I recently bought a second hand car from INTER CARS dealership. I have contacted them due to the problems I have faced with the car at numerous times. I was informed by them to bring the car for inspection on regards to the problems I was facing. The problems I was facing includes : noisy steering wrack , broken dip stick tube , problematic head lights and problematic gear box. Thier mechanic claimed it was fixed but on my way home I realised the problems was not fixed. I contacted them again . The lady told me to use my mechanic and send the invoice to them .I told her I'm not financially stable to deal with the problems on my own. I never got feed back after that . In the second month of purchasing the car ,I managed to fix some of the problems. While I was fixing the problems I wanted to replace one of my tires which was run down ,just to find out I don't have a lock nut to remove the wheel and the spare wheel holes didn't correspond with the holes of the car. I contacted them again and the secretary told me that the owner of the dealership will phone me,and that never happened. Hence I'm complaining to you hoping that you will sort out this problem for me. Regards Rogene Sammering
