Intellimali worse service shame

I received sms notification from intellimali on the 17 September 2020 and I activated my account with intellimali on the same day. The amount was showing its been uploaded on that day and would be available for use on the 30 September 2020. It's almost a month now and still no money available for use, yet it's showing on my intellimali account??? They say they free yet they just collecting interest from own money that they not giving to us on time. Worse thing to do to people that actually need the money for their studies. About to write exams and don't even have textbooks!!
