Inadequacy and utter laziness

My name is Bantu Heath Pasiya student number ***8 and I have yet to receive my allowances other students from this and other institutions have already received theirs and are continuing gracefully through their studies, I for one hand cannot because I need to purchase prescribed books which are essential to my assignments and forth, I cannot do these quizzes without this knowledge please I am missing a lot of assignments.
