Terrible service and delayed payment

I sent an enquiry on the 3rd of October regarding a laptop that I wanted to sell to "we buy laptops", however the service was terrible. No one responded to me until I called in to ask if my enquiry was received and what would be the offer..... The response was received after 4 days while they claim everything is done within 24hours.

The whole process eventually took them 2full weeks where the payment was only received on Saturday the 17th after back and forth of emails. Thanks to Andile who helped me and escalated the matter in order for me to get paid quicker. The offer was adjusted without confirming with me. I didn't get the service they claim to have

The lady at reception kept on saying I must be patient.. which was ridiculous as the company claims the process is easy and quick.

2weeks is a long time.
