Intelligent Auto (also name as KWM Engine Gearbox Diff Centre)

I sent my car to this firm for gearbox repairs and was promised that it would be fixed within one week. I paid 70% of the total cost upfront. However, it has now been four months and the repair has still not been completed. I have received no progress of the repair, and my calls to the firm have gone unanswered.
