They Are Not Honorable. RUN!

I started working at IntelliBPO in Parktown on a trainee contract in August. Operations management is terrible.

So, back to when I was terminated. I can fairly say that I read my contract and knew that my job wasn't guaranteed given how intense the training was. What got me fired was failing the exam - they require a 90% and I got 78% so it was easier to accept that I'm out of the door even though it really hurt me. Anywho, I waa told me that I would still be paid for the days worked for that month but come month-end, I received my payslip stating that my Nett pay is R0. 0. My cash pay is R1199, 82, BackPay is R2607, 02, Transport allowance is R184, 59, Nightshift allowance is R184, 59. So in total I was supposed to receive R4 176, 02. But oddly enough, payroll subtracted R4 314, 72 as UNPAID LEAVE - Like how did I take leave when I was fired? I've tried contacting them over the phone and via email but I'm being ignored.
