Questionable behaviour of agent

Intelirent and New Door provided a poor and disappointing service when it came to the rental and sale of our property. Hilary Neilan acted as a representative for both agencies. She did not complete proper vetting of the tenant and did not manage the tenant accordingly. Rental and utilities were always paid late until it was not paid at all. Tenant remained in the property *******ly. We had to evict the tenants. She never provided a proper statement of account. The deposit she kept barely earned any interest and even charged a handling fee on the deposit after her questionable behavior. She was best at keeping silent rather than communicating and guiding us in her professional capacity as an agent. The whole experience has left me nauseated.
