Software glitches

Every time I’m logged in the software, there has to be a glitch somehow. Sometimes the correct answers are marked incorrectly by the software, or there aren’t enough exercises. But then l log in the following day and more content is uploaded and everything is good. I called the technical support team about the glitches and every time I do, they get solved and the consultant that sold the software to me explained. When more content is uploaded, it interrupts the software for a while. I realize the software has few faults but I also see it’s a work in progress. Besides, my my child is always on the phone and the software is really convenient for her.
