lying to make money

i bought a Intelia education cd for pc.... a debit order was sight..... but they never deducted from my account...... after 2month a debt collection agent phone and i said intelia must call me be and explain to me what is going on a norther few month past now with out a word from intelia and i received a sms stating i have been handed over for collection........ and what the agent selling the cd didn't mention was that the cd does not work without wifi i will b going to the ncc and wil get a lawyer if they cant communicate and they don't stick by the debet order..... then they have no right to hand me over
