You should not even get a star at all, unfortunately, for me to continue this review, I had to highlight 1.

Your sales people for the education side are exceptional. You have taught them well. You have taught them to lie through their teeth in order to **** people out of their money.

I have messaged George and Lesley on numerous occasions regarding features that were not on the software (which we were told would be there)

I have sent Whatsapp after Whatsapp, Email after email, phone call after phone call regarding the refund of my deposit of R 1333.33 due to the blatant lies made by your sales team and an education program that my daughter cannot use and no one from Intelia has the ***** to call me to apologize and ensure my refund gets done. I am now fighting with both VERICRED for the payment I made on the 1st August for R 305.00 and I am still waiting for you (Intelia) to contact me about my Deposit refund.

If you were not running a ****, you would have contacted me immediately with apologies and ensuring the refunds are done in full.

I have given you numerous chances and asked again and again for the refund. Its called the consumer protection act for a reason. as I have said in my many emails: I am going to report you on Hello Peter, the Education department, ISASA and the Ombudsman. and open up a case of theft and ***** against you. I am entitled to that.
