Terrible customer service

For the past week and a half all I've been trying to do is speak to anyone in the new contract dept , I keep getting threw to a ****** woman that keeps dropping my calls , her name is sigle which is very rude as soon as I start explaining to her she drops the call then I call back and she does the same thing, I've paid The R500 as per the new contract and still wait8ng foe my phone , every time I call in the lady drops my calls ?, is this customer service or what
