be careful of intel security

I bought a mcafee antivirus program some 2 years ago with credit card. without any authorization another subscription went through on my credit card on 3 March. this is nothing but *****. i don't even have the same computer anymore. i am trying to call them on the call centre - not a toll free number! but after 15 minutes are still waiting for someone to pick up.
