An agent named Katherine Govender employed at integrity real estate owned by her cousin Romalan Govender, has been assisting me with rental properties in chatsworth Durbsn for some years now. Last November I paid an amount if R14000 to secure a property on Garuda road, in arena park. I was later informed the client changed his mind but she would hold the amount for a new property. Which she failed to do and did not return my money. In December she said she was physically assaulted by her uncle for monies lent to her for her hospital bill of R17500. She sent me pictures of her bruises and told me her dog died as a result of a heart attack from the events that occurred. A further R17500 was lent to her which she advised she will return in January which she again failed to do. I had even ifferred her weekly repayments or monthly option which she agreed to. To date nothing has been returned with R31500 still owed to me. I contacted Romalan Govender out of desperation who has done nothing to help despite me sending him proof of these payments. I'm at my wits end.. how can a company and it's employees be so shrewd.. can anyone please help me get my money back from these *******.. has this happened to anyone else?
