Complaint

Integritus in Warmbaths have been doing my provisional tax for the past few years. It has always gone extremely smoothly until the banking system changed. No time was taken by this company to explain the changes and when I tried to authorise payment of my tax via my banking I couldn't see it in the system. I was extremely arrogantly treated and give this company a resounding zero for really bad customer service.
