HOW CAN WE NOT SETTLE YOUR CLAIM

<p>We got a new broker, PIB Group, worse mistake ever. They are the most unproffessional company I ever dealt with. They broke into my car whilst we were on holiday. Stole our wallets etc. Now they are refusing to settle our claim advising us that the goods ****** were not explicitly mentioned in the policy, even though I cannot locate such a clause in our policy. Please stay away from Integritas Risk Solutions (Pty) Ltd and PIB Group in Poortview. </p>
