Car repair claim declined

This is one bad 3rd party... my husband had to wait and wait had to give up his business and now he can not even repair his car because they declined his claim, because the insured is denying any that it was his fault for the accident, now they want to counter claim against my husband. Hope now one get involed with these people they like daylight ******ers.
