worst service ever

I would like to put in a URGENT complaint against Integrisure regarding a claim that has already started on the 9th February 2021 and is still not be paid out yet.

The claim was regarding my parents house in Ladybrand the house has flaud because of a heavy rainfull. All they did from the insuarance side was pull out the carpet and from then my parents has been living on the cement floors. The problem is they are 2 old people nearly 70 and both of them health is not in a good condition.
