Worst insurance integrisure

Worst insurance I had my home and vehicle cover with them when I called and asked them to cancel I got a cheaper insurance they decided to reduce my insurance I didnt want a reduction I called them again they have me a run around to cancel now they debited me 1900 and yet their premiums was 980 and on the call they said they will charge me a shortfall for cancelling acc on the 9th n my payment date is the 15th but I'm sure it wouldn't amount to 1900 these afrikaans people in this insurance are ******** I want my money back
