Worse insurnace comapany in SA Integrisure / Santam

I am currently insured with Integrisure underwritten by Santam. I had a break in at my out buildings (which I use as storage space) today I am told claim will not be paid as there is no alarm system in out building. What ******* is this. They new from day one that my out buildings do not have alarm system on. Seems they are quick to take your money but when it comes time for claiming they use all and any excuse not to pay
