When I got into my accident, I was able to get through to the emergency line without issues
When I got into my accident, I was able to get through to the emergency line without issues. The call center agent immediately assisted with a tow of my vehicle. This week when submitting the claim, I received regular updates and my claim which has since been approved. I also had a very seamless experience with arranging the car hire. The process was efficient and smooth and the claims consultant has been very friendly and helpful. Overall I am extremely happy with the service I have received.
