What an actual joke!!!

Absolutely fuming!!!! Not to mention the actual devastation of a burglary and people invading your space and the nightmare after that to deal with your claim!! I have always been a top fan of IntegriSure and always recommend them but damn I am having an absolute nightmare with them finalising a claim, a claim i had to make 50+ calls about not getting anywhere, eventually someone decided to help and look into the case just to find out its a big mess because the person who was supposed to “work” on our claim just did not care as he left the company!! We had 2 previous claims and it was such a pleasure stressless but this one is something out of this world not to mention the backyard quotes they decided on with not MY products value on not too mention that this “shops” isn’t even close to me 4 hours drive away and its not a franchise so its a no no for house contents from me, again trying to make me sign a settlement with not my products and not even my models…and the old mural mr Damian trying his best to mugg me off with all his so name prices and quotes absolutely shocking to say the least, the accessors was amazing got the work done and made me feel so comfortable until they finished their bit it got messy…. Sad to say that I seriously regret them as my insurance company now and fear to have them as my insurance company for the future as well as for my family that also joined IntegriSure.. claim logged 16/10/24 - still waiting…. I at least received 1 call back of probably 10 that was promised and the claims manager also non existent ….I am definitely not stopping here!!
