Very bad claim service
My bakkie was ****** but recovered. Its almost 3 weeks now and the bakkie still not at thr repair guys. Its hell without a car. Please this is very bad service. I never claim and now that I do need you I get this type of service. I need URGENT attention please.

16 Mar 2023, 14:04Hi Hendrik. We understand the frustration of not having a vehicle and apologise for the inconvenience it causes. As your Broker, we are applying pressure on the insurer to complete their processes and have, in the meantime, arranged to have your vehicle moved to the repairer to have them start with repairs immediately after the insurer provides its clearance. We will continue to keep you up to date with the process.
