Vehicle removed from Policy but premiums deducted

I am at my wits end with this insurance company. On the 15th of February 2015, I had an accident, I reported to the claims department. The whole process was a mess. On the 27th of March 2015, Rhyno from claims department sent me an email stating that my car is in a \poor condition to be insured\" Therefore it will be removed from the policy with immediate effect and told me about a settlement amount payable to me. (To date, I didn't receive it). (yes, after being insured with integrisure since 2012 without any claim on the vehicle). When I requested for the Assessor's comments or findings about my car, I was told it's a confidential document, they cannot send it to me. <br> <br> Ah well, I needed my car to be repaired so I paid from my own pocket. Since 1 April 2015 to February 2016, the premiums were still being deducted from my account, even though the car was no longer insured. I called them several times and I've been promised that someone senior will get back to me. All I need is my settlement money which was supposed to be paid last year March. I also need my premiums paid back to me for the car that was no longer insured yet the premiums were deducted. <br> <br> I'm done!"
