Unresolved Insurance claim

<p>Had an accident in 2015 where the guilty party drove straight into the rear end of my car. The accident was reported the same day with the said insurer. In the meantime my premuim has sky rocketed and it is now 2017 with still no result or phonecall from them to say what is going on. </p>
