Un fair

I was with Integrisure, for my car its now over 6 years when a lady hit into the back of me, Integrisure made me pay out the excess, and still never paid it back, the lady had insurance, please note another car hit into the back of her, she first hit me and then he hit her, surely the lady that hit me insurance must pay out, Integrisure made some excuses not to pay, anyway I moved on to outsurance which is better in premiums and claims, Now I stay with Integrisure for funeral policy, but I asked them to put it on a yearly premium, which one has to pay cash or EFT, for the life of me I have know idea why, other company do it but not Integrisure, anyway i paid the yearly funeral policy, which was up to August, however i forgot, and with no reminders from Integrisure, only sent me an e-mail and phoned me when policy was cancelled, we are looking at a month difference, and wont except the back payment, now they want me to restart new funeral policy at a higher premuim and a waiting period, also integrisure the last time that i cancelled debt order with my bank the premuims were 3 to 4 months behind, why did you let me go and pay the difference? Was it because you knew that you going to loose another customer, by the way FNB offer funeral policies without waiting periods, and are cheaper than you.
