Terrible settlement values

Had a flood in our yard recently, lost all our outside furniture valued at around R25k. Integrisure and Santam policy only covers 2% of the covered value which comes to R6000, whereby R1000 excess to be deducted with the settlement. No further discussions about this ridiculous value to be settled. I am therefore changing over to another insurance company. How can you only cover not even a pittance of the value of the furniture we lost due to the floods? This is **********! My family will also be moving to other insurance companies!
