Terrible SErvice

My cell phone got damaged and have been send by Integrisure to Cell SA, it was send back and I noticed that the back were loose (Note 5). Please note that this is a sealed unit. It was returned to the service Provider and after months no joy. At the end there was stories that it is a new claim and I told them please just send my phone back. Also months.

Got the phone back and notice it is not my phone. Verified by the Emei number.

Also numerous emails and still I do not have my phone back
