Terrible customer service

Called integrisure this morning at 8:55am and spoke to Tracy who promised to call me back with feedback, i then called again at 14:30 and was advised by the consultant that Tracy is on another call and will call me as soon as she is done but never received any call. This is a problem every time i call them, i get told that they will call and nobody bothers this is one of the reasons i called regarding the cancellation of the policy. If this is the service i receive then i dont want to imagine what i would go through if i had a claim.
