Take it or get lost

I put in 2 claims for damages to my car. I wasn't allowed to use the panel beater I chose but was forced to use another one by their assessor. The panel beating was a disaster, after a week only half the work was done, I got messed around by the panel beater as they didn't have a clue which car it was, what job was done, who would pick me up etc. All they wanted was the excess. I complained to integrisure and guess what, they did absolutely nothing except to inform me that my excess had increased as I was now "high risk" I've been with this lot since 2015 and this is the thanks I get for insuring with them. I wish I had never gotten involved with this crowd as they really think clients are a joke, this is not the first time I've had issues with this mob!! Pathetic
