Superb service received from Integrisure regarding my car that was hijacked and the damaged cell-phone.

When Integrisure was recommended to me, I was sceptical as my colleagues were discouraging me by saying I might have issues when it comes to claiming since they have never heard about it. After I have interacted with ****r Wajah (Sales Executive), I was convinced that I am going with Integrisure regardless of what people were saying. Thank you, ****r, for superb work and being frank in convincing me to take up the insurance that was also affordable to me. I would also like to express my gratitude regarding the way my claims submitted in April and May 2024 were handled and processed. The first claim was for my son's cellphone which got damaged. The claim was processed and paid in less than a month in April 2024. The second claim was for my car that was hijacked on 14 May 2024. I called Integrisure and the claim was registered immediately, and follow-ups were done. Within a week an investigator was appointed to investigate the case. Whist waiting for the feedback from Integrisure, I was called by Dean Naidoo on 11 June 2024 who advised that he is wrapping my claim and needed 2 outstanding documents to be submitted. Dean also assisted me in getting the outstanding document from the financial institution. On 12 June 2024 my case was wrapped up with positive outcome and the final report was signed-off by management and the claim offer was sent to me on 13 June 2024 for acceptance. What a remarkable service I have received from Integrisure especially from Dean Naidoo to be specific in less than a month of the incident. Integrisure, you have truly outdone yourselves regarding the processing of my claim. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you for an outstanding service rendered. I will come back to insure my next car as well as recommending you to my colleagues and family.
