Sorry "poor maintenence, and poor workmanship"

I had a claim last year when my gate motor and intercom was damaged by rain, I had replaced the gate motor on my own expense, ( sorry you have and old gate motor and should have be replaced earlier bad maintenance) R7,000.00. Bust pipe replaced and repaired it myself again R6,0000.00. IS***CLM. On the 7th of February 2020 we had a cloudburst more than 100mm per h , three walls in our street collapsed due to rain water rushing thru our property's. The water was so severe that bricks covered the streetcars had to battle to get over the bricks obstructing the street security groups in our area come to assist to clear it. (Sorry poor workmanship and bad maintenance, the assessor observed a tree stump and blamed that for the collapse, yet the tree was cut down before the wall was built) Other walls and Trezona street has been repaired my wall is still in shampers and an invite for burglars to get free access and if I have a burglary their excuse will be Sorry poor security. It is a month later and no joy, but guess what I received the new policy with the new Premium.????
