Slow service- bad attitude

Utterly disgusting service requested for my broker to call me back December 10th ,11:28 .as he was busy o was informed that a note/request will be made for him to call me back .and exactly one month later i get a call back and then has to audacity and attitude in gis voice to say i didn’t speak to anyone because their system don’t show any contact, only an attempted call list. strange enough my call log shows i spent 5 minutes on the phone with one of the consultants
