SLOOOOOW service on claims

Well it seems Intergrisure are either rated as 5-Star or 1-Star.... Im not to surprised to see 1-Star far more. It has been 3-Weeks now without a Television that was struck by lightning. There's no followup from Intergrisure on documentation needed to complete the claim. You are left to keep phoning to find out if there's any more documentation needed and if it was indeed received ect... Oh and not surprising that business on claims ceases over the weekends. Im moving to another insurer
