Shoddy customer service

I have been with this company for a while but since I having a bad run of luck lately, did the true customer work ethic emerge. I had lots a dealing with an agent Jenna-lee at Integrisure and must admit that my experiences with this lady has been nothing but unpleasant. She is down right condescending and shows a lack empathy for your situation. I get the distinct impression that they check your area code and then you either get the royal treatment of the shoddy treatment reserved for those they believe are beneath them. As long as they can collect their monthly admin fees that is all that matters. And please don't request to speak to a supervisor coz these people do everything and so you feel helpless reporting such incidents. I am definable looking for better service.
