Shi***ty service and ****ty geyser replacement by your McRite plumbers

I share this review with a heavy heart as I really love IntergriSure, the service I recieved from the selected plumbing company recently on a geyser replacement claim is shocking. I had a geyser burst and logged a claim with IntergriSure which was very hassle free, escalated to McRite plumbing company to take over and things went south. A very nice guy who soon showed me a finger right after I paid him for the excess and turned into a total asshole when I informed him, his newly replaced geyser had again seemingly bursted and spilling water like never before, He never provided me with feedback as the time he was pressing me to urgently pay him for excess and “leave” everything in his hands. I reported this back to the insurance and I was told Fanie will be sent back to correct this hotmess, Todate I’m still with his ****ty leaking geyser creating a mess more than my original geyser did. I am sooo mad, IntergriSure how do you select these vultures to service us and give us such mediocre service? This guy has just told me to take whatever issue I have with him with my insurance, I have one thing to say, let him come remove his ****ty low quality geyser and refund my excess and you give me a proper plumbing company to do the work
