Shame on Integrisure

I wonder if INTEGRISURE knows the meaning of INTEGRITY????? I am convinced they do not as they are not honest and definitely do not have strong moral and ethical principals and values. My retired parents had a burst pipe at their house and they were only paid out 1 third of the value of the damage caused. The very rude assessor Jacques told them their house is under-insured??? Any excuse not to pay. They are PENSIONERS and do not have money, they had to use all their savings in order for them to be able to stay in their room again. Now exactly a month later their house is flooded again due to poor workmanship by the plumber who did the repairs. My Mom called to log the claim only to be told by the same VERY RUDE assessor Jacques that they will not be paying..... How can you treat pensioners like this and expect them to stay in a flooded house in the middle of winter????
