Remarkable Outstanding Service received

On the 09th July 2021, our house in Secunda`s geyser burst, in the early morning hours. I contacted Integrisure and the claim was opened. The service we received was amazing, SMS`s and constant phone calls. On Saturday morning Valentino from Integrisure contacted me and found out that the service was not restored as yet. He immediately contacted Witbank Plumbing & Projects and they in turn contacted me within 10 minutes. Needless to say the service that I received from Integrisure and Witbank Plumbing & Project were remarkable. The service of hot water was restored and even after the completion of the one part of the claim I still received calls and SMS`s to establish if I was satisfied with the service. Well done to all.
