Refuse to pay out claim
14 months passed since claim was handed in, they want to pay out R500 for a R16600 computer. I do not accept the R500 and now they refuse to return my goods, claiming it belong to them, Pay R16600 then it will belong to them, if not, return it. Otherwise face a case of theft.
