REFUND OF A PREMIUM DEDUCTION OF CANCELLED POLICY WITH INTEGRISURE

My Name is Mrs Benita Lowery

My complaint is in regard to a refund of a debit order of R1095.55 that was to be refunded to me from IntegriSure, POLCICY NUMBER: OM***, The policy was cancelled by me on 23 November 2020 and I received an email confirmation from them on 25 November 2020 that the policy has been cancelled and also received a call from Mr Marco Rozyn of IntegriSure advising that he will request a refund as long as I do not return the debit order from my side. To date no refund has been made even after a follow email and call I made to IntegriSure. I would like to refunded as promised as I also advised him that I needed the money to cover medical expenses due to being ill at the time.
