Poor service

After being hounded by Integrisure for a few weeks, I eventually got car and household insurance through them. Eventually I wanted to make a change to the policy... I've called them, lines busy, left a call back request... No call back. Sent emails... No response! Eventually the insurer called me, and I asked that they request Integrisure to contact me... Still no response. Absolutely pathetic service but they charge a monthly broker fee?!
