Poor service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very very very bad. I have been retrenched and changed my banking details in January even now they are still trying to deduct money from my account two months now it bounces and therefore still costs me more money. After contacting them and them telling me it is their fault i have to now drive around and get bank statements for them. How does this now become my problem after they messed up?? Hope this is not the same problem when someone actually has to put in a claim. Sure they will phone me again asking for more money. Really poor service from you guys and your call centre!!!!!!
