Pathetic service from arrogant staff. Promise to give feedback and don't. Change excesses without consent. Take weeks to authorize a vehicle claim. Geyser burst 26 May. Called immediately repair done 27 May. Still waiting for claim to be processed. Beware of this company. Endless frustration and rude staff.
