Non existent Communication

Due to heavy rains, a boundary wall collapsed at home and a claim was lodged. An assessor duly inspected and a building contractor followed to give Integrisure a quoatation. After a few weeks, Integrisure were contacted about the delay but they were unperturbed and obviously unconcerned about security. Eventually an email notification was received stating that the claim was \repudiated"but an appeal could be lodged which was done via 2 e-mails. No acknowledgement of receipt of the emails has been received some 3 weeks later so a follow up was sent querying whether they were received. Still no reply so a phone call has been made"
