No Integrity Experience

After more than 10 years claim free with Outsurance I moved to Integrisure due to much attractive premium, conditions and benefits. On top of that they come up with so called 'Essential Pack' for additional R93+VAT, for which they promise to do many things at no charge. For instance, if you have a building cover+essential pack, then you have access to 3 geyser related call outs every 12 months, including the call out fee and unlimited labor and components up to R1000. Well, I had a situation, where the solar heating pump attached to the geyser was defaulting and I called them for help. After explaining what is the problem, I was called back and told that the pump is not covered. Even though they did not get back to me for assistance and I had to keep on calling with no help. On my third call I spoke with Jena Lee from the claims department. She wanted to register a claim. Well, that is not a claim. This falls under "Essential pack' benefits.
