Nikita was super helpful and she delivered on her promise. I spoke with her yesterday and placed HOC cover with her. I had a query on the vehicles on my policy and she promised to revert to me either yesterday or first thing in the morning. I received a call from her at about 09h00 and she delivered as I requested.
