motor bike claims

i took out insurance with integrisure and insured my motor bike with them, when i took out the policy i clearly stated to the sales consultant that my learners license for the motor bike had expired and that i do not have a license or learners for it, and they accepted my risk knowing that i don't have a license or learners for the bike. on the 05 june 2015 my bike was hijacked and i registered a claim with integrisure which got declined due to the fact that i dot have a learners of drivers license for the motor bike. upon receiving the rejection letter i have requested that they send me the recordings of when i took out the policy with them as i remember vividly clear telling the sales consultant that my learners for the bike had expired in 2014 and he said no problem and continued with the policy and insured my bike. <br> i have only received 2recordings and still WAITING for the rest of them to be sent to me.<br> i did not lie to them about the expired learners, and they accepted to cover me knowing fully well i don't have a license or learners<br> i have also sent in email disputing the rejection and heard NOTHING from integrisure, i would like some answers here please
